• At least 2 years of high-performance selling experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to connect with people at all levels.
• Strong business acumen and analytical thinking.
• Master of time management and task delegation.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and retail POS systems.
• At least 18 years old with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand extended periods and lift 50+ lbs.

MD: $18.00 per hour – $20.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
