As a screener with Allied Universal at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help create a secure environment for all personnel and visitors. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security‑related incidents, and offering outstanding customer service through clear communication.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and visitors by following security‑related procedures and site‑specific policies.
• Conduct screening of personnel, packages, and/or vehicles entering or leaving the logistics and distribution location to help deter unauthorized access and prohibited items.
• Respond calmly and professionally to incidents and critical situations, utilizing problem‑solving skills.
• Carry out regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help deter potential risks and monitor for suspicious activity.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs of screening activities, incidents, and any irregularities observed during the shift.
• Collaborate with site management and Allied Universal team members to report and address security‑related concerns.
• Participate in emergency response activities as required by site protocols.

• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
