As a Security Professional – Financial Site in Hagerstown, MD, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed professional with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a financial institution location, helping to deter security‑related incidents while remaining highly visible to those you serve. You will have the opportunity to interact with employees and visitors, providing outstanding customer service and clear communication.

• Provide customer service to clients by following security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations within the location in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the financial institution and its perimeter, adapting to varying working environments and conditions based on the site.
• Monitor premises to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Document and report security‑related incidents, observations, and/or hazards encountered during patrols.
• Support access control by observing entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access.
• Work closely with Allied Universal management and site personnel to maintain a visible presence and support a secure environment for employees and visitors.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
