Year-round residential and light commercial projects
- Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork
- Replace or retrofit HVAC systems to meet current efficiency and safety standards.
- Install thermostats, controls, and related accessories
- Test system functionality and ensure proper airflow and temperature control
- Collaborate with customers to explain the installation process and answer questions
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Work closely with dispatch and warehouse to ensure timely job completion
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Minimum 2 years of HVAC installation experience preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical school a plus)
