What You’ll Do:

As a Life Skills Mentor in our Youth Residential Program
, you’ll support adolescents (ages 16–20) in a group home environment. These youth are working toward independent living, and your role is to guide, support, and empower them every step of the way.

You’ll help with:

• Daily living skills (cooking, cleaning, hygiene)
• Managing behaviors with patience and structure
• Recreational outings and appointments
• Medication administration
• Building trust, confidence, and a sense of belonging

What We’re Looking For:

• Compassionate, energetic, and 21+ years old
• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid U.S. driver's license for 2+ years (not including permit time)
• Experience with behavioral management is a big plus
• Comfortable setting healthy boundaries with youth
• Physically able to lift and transfer 50 lbs
• Willing and able to complete 3 weeks of paid new hire training (Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
