What You’ll Do:
As a Life Skills Mentor in our Youth Residential Program
, you’ll support adolescents (ages 16–20) in a group home environment. These youth are working toward independent living, and your role is to guide, support, and empower them every step of the way.
You’ll help with:
- Daily living skills (cooking, cleaning, hygiene)
- Managing behaviors with patience and structure
- Recreational outings and appointments
- Medication administration
- Building trust, confidence, and a sense of belonging
What We’re Looking For:
- Compassionate, energetic, and 21+ years old
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid U.S. driver's license for 2+ years (not including permit time)
- Experience with behavioral management is a big plus
- Comfortable setting healthy boundaries with youth
- Physically able to lift and transfer 50 lbs
- Willing and able to complete 3 weeks of paid new hire training (Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
