Direct Support Professionals
to provide flexible, drop-in support through our
Home and Community-Based Outreach Program
.

Support individuals living independently or with family in the community
Encourage development of
independent living skills
Promote participation in
community, social, and recreational activities
Provide
companionship, guidance, and flexible drop-in support
Ensure accurate documentation of goals and outcomes
Offer safe, reliable transportation when needed

Note:
This position does
not include medication administration. Who We’re Looking For:

18+ with high school diploma or GED
Valid U.S. driver’s license with 2+ years of driving experience (not on a permit)
Ability to pass background check, drug screen, physical, and basic reading/math test
Comfortable working independently in a variety of home and community settings
Available for required paid training

$19.25/hr starting pay
Full time opportunity available, incorporating a combination ofday, afternoon, early evening, and weekend hours
