What You’ll Do- Coach operators during live warehouse operations
- Provide real-time feedback and hands-on guidance
- Reinforce safety, procedures, and best practices
- Identify training gaps and improve operator performance
- Build operator confidence, consistency, and independence
- Communicate recurring challenges and training needs to leadership

Job Title:
Mech Field Coach
Location:
Hagerstown
- 2+ years of warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, equipment, field service, training, or similar experience preferred
- Experience coaching, training, mentoring, or leading others is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable around mechanical, robotic, or industrial equipment
- Ability to work on your feet in an active warehouse environment
- Flexibility to support different shifts based on customer operating schedules
