Culligan Water of Hagerstown, MD, has experienced tremendous route growth over the past two-three years. We are actively seeking a highly motivated and physically fit individual to join our team as a Full-Time Route Delivery Driver serving our customers in the tri-state area. This vital role is essential for maintaining our reputation for reliable delivery and excellent customer service.

The primary responsibility is the timely and accurate delivery of water softening salt and bottled water products.

• Route Delivery:
  Successfully execute 20-30 scheduled stops daily within the established tri-state service area.
• Physical Labor:
  Must be physically capable of safely carrying, lifting, and carting packages weighing up to 40 lbs. repeatedly throughout the workday and placing products in customer storage areas (e.g., basements, garages).
• Customer Interaction:
  Serve as the professional face of Culligan. Drivers are expected to maintain excellent customer service, answer basic product questions, and ensure complete customer satisfaction at every stop.
• Vehicle Operation:
  Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently, performing required pre- and post-trip inspections.

This is a full-time, direct-hire position offering stable hours and strong earning potential.

• Schedule:
  
  Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM.
• Base Hourly Rate: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour, based on previous delivery experience and driving record.
• Earning Potential:
  After a 60–90 day paid training period, drivers transition to an hourly rate plus a commission structure.

• Must possess a current, valid Driver's License with a proven safe driving record (CDL is not required).
• Demonstrated reliability and punctuality.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle the physical demands of frequent lifting, carrying, and bending.
