• Hourly Pay:
  Earn up to $37.00/hour
• Potential for Overtime
• Performance Bonuses:
  Earn up to $12,000 annually in bonuses, paid out once each month

• Inspect and repair trailers to ensure they're safe, reliable, and road‑ready
• Utilize advanced tools, technology, and software to manage work orders and repairs

• A CDL is preferred but not required
• At least one year of trailer maintenance experience
• A clean driving record and a passion for getting the job done right
