Permanent Full Time WMS Coordinator – Hagerstown, Maryland.

Warehouse Positions Pay Weekly:
Hourly Pay: $23.45 per hour. Schedules Available:
First Shift (Sunday–Tuesday and every other Wednesday 7:00 am–7:00 pm; Thursday–Saturday and every other Wednesday 7:00 am–7:00 pm).

  Computer; WMS Systems.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years warehouse experience.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel).
• Working knowledge of WMS systems.
• Forklift experience.
• Equipment certification may be required, depending on location.

• Assist in supporting standard facility Key Performance Indicators (KPI) which consistently meet/exceed established goals in safety, quality, sanitation, and maintenance.
• Create and maintain daily dock schedules.
• Communicate with carriers regarding setting appointments and updating load statuses.
• Work closely with Operations Supervisor to ensure the workload is distributed properly and evenly by managing WMS down to the floor.
• Work closely with the inventory department and on‑site personnel to resolve problems with the day's orders.
• Interact with the customer to communicate order changes and updates.
• Maintain various Excel spreadsheets and reports.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned.
