Warehouse Operations Technician WMS Clerk

Location: Hagerstown, MD

Employment Type: Permanent Full Time

Pay: $23.45 per hour

Schedule: First Shift – Sunday to Tuesday and every other Wednesday 7:00 am – 7:00 pm;
Thursday to Saturday and every other Wednesday 7:00 am – 7:00 pm

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1‑2 years warehouse experience
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel)
• Working knowledge of WMS systems
• Forklift experience
• Equipment certification may be required, depending on location
• Additional screening may include employment/education verification, motor vehicle records check, road test, background or badging requirements

Responsibilities:

• Support standard facility KPIs in safety, quality, sanitation, and maintenance
• Create and maintain daily dock schedules
• Communicate with carriers regarding appointments and load status updates
• Co‑ordinate with Operations Supervisor to ensure load distribution and WMS floor management
• Collaborate with inventory department and on‑site personnel to resolve order issues
• Interact with customers to communicate order changes and updates
• Maintain Excel spreadsheets and reports
• Perform other duties as required or assigned
