Permanent, full‑time team lead in warehouse operations.

• Hourly Pay: $23.69 per hour
• First Shift
  
  Schedule:
  
  Sunday–Tuesday and every other Wednesday 7:00 am‑7:00 pm
• Thursday–Saturday and every other Wednesday 7:00 am‑7:00 pm
• Warehouse positions pay weekly

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One year or more powered industrial truck experience preferred
• One year or more experience as Team Lead preferred
• One year or more Microsoft Office experience preferred
• One year or more previous warehouse experience preferred
• Required knowledge or experience with an RF scanner
• Valid forklift operator's license (certified)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Effective leadership skills
• Flexibility to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational skills
• Proactive approach to responsibilities
• Maintains composure under pressure
• Adherence to health and safety methods
• Bilingual (for Québec locations only) – optional

• Lead and ensure continuous improvement for optimal operational efficiency
• Perform warehouse functions: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, cycle counting
• Allocate resources, organize, and distribute daily work duties to ensure optimal shift/team logistics
• Inspire and guide team members toward improved KPIs using appropriate leadership styles
• Provide orientation and tools for employees to perform their jobs
• Promote health and safety working methods within the warehouse
• Manage day‑to‑day paperwork: picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.
• Submit daily reports and propose action plans to enhance operations effectiveness and service levels
• Perform other duties as assigned
