Warehouse Stand-up Forklift Operator

Staffmark is seeking experienced and safety-focused Warehouse Stand-Up Forklift Operators to join a dynamic warehouse team in Hagerstown, MD.

Pay:3rd Shift: $22.50/hr (Sun-Thurs, 10:00 PM-6:00 AM)

Responsibilities:

• Operate stand-up forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials and stage orders
• Perform order picking, packing, scanning, loading, and unloading
• Handle inventory control, labeling, and documentation using RF scanners
• Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and warehouse procedures
• Support shipping and receiving operations
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Complete daily logs and ensure accuracy in order fulfillment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid forklift certification required
• 1+ year of experience operating stand-up forklifts (reach trucks also preferred) in a warehouse or distribution center
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a team-player mindset
• Comfortable using handheld RF scanners and basic warehouse software
