Sales consultants earn an average annual salary of $40,000 to $64,000, combining a base hourly rate with uncapped commission. Employees accrue paid time off each pay period, with a minimum of 40 hours per year for the first year and 80 hours per year thereafter. All benefits are subject to plan documents and state law requirements.
What We're Looking For- High school diploma or GED.
- One or more years of customer service, preferably in retail or sales.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak vacation periods.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to lift 10 pounds.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
All Sales Consultants must complete the four‑day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of their official start date. The program may include overnight travel at the company’s expense. Ongoing online and computer‑based training will be required throughout employment.
