Female Residential Support Worker

Empower women in need as a Residential Support Worker in Haileybury. This part-time, temporary role focuses on providing compassionate support, counseling, and group programming tailored for women and their children residing in a shelter.

The position is open exclusively for female applicants, aimed at fostering equitable representation. As a Residential Support Worker, you will help women set goals and create action plans while promoting a positive residential environment. Key responsibilities include case management, safety assessments, and leading support groups to encourage healing and empowerment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate support to women and children

• Conduct safety assessments and develop personal safety plans

• Facilitate support groups and therapeutic activities

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Social Work or related experience

• First Aid/CPR and ASIST certifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
