As one of the UK’s leading charitable leisure trusts, we’re proud of our mission of Improving Lives Through Leisure. We’re here to help communities live healthier, happier lives by making our centres welcoming, inclusive, and accessible to everyone - because everyone deserves to feel good. We’re all about delivering amazing customer service with a smile—every single day. We create spaces where people feel at home, supported, and inspired.

If you’re passionate about helping others and love creating great experiences, you’ll feel right at home with us. You don’t need to be an expert to get started - we’ll give you all the training and support you need. With over 130 centres across England and Wales, there’s loads of room to grow. Many of our team have built amazing careers doing what they love, helping customers day-to-day and making people feel good.

We’re proud to be a workplace where everyone is welcome, valued, and supported to thrive—because when our team reflects the communities we serve, we all grow stronger together.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Activity Manager to lead and oversee our exciting range of activities at the Hailsham Leisure Centre.

In this role, you will take responsibility for the smooth operation of our Soft Play area and Bowling lanes, ensuring they are clean, safe and well maintained. You will liaise with contractors for servicing and repairs and make sure every space meets the highest standards. You will also manage party bookings from start to finish, working closely with catering and operations teams to deliver exceptional celebrations that keep families coming back.

You will also plan and deliver engaging age-appropriate activities for our Holiday Club, from arts and crafts to sports and group challenges. You will lead sessions, encourage participation and adapt activities to suit different ages and abilities, all while ensuring the safety and well-being of every child. Managing schedules, preparing materials, supervising staff and communicating clearly with parents and guardians will be key parts of your role.

If you are organised, creative and confident in leading a team, this is your chance to make a real impact.
