Elementary School, Teacher Assistant/ Paraprofessional
We are working with a range of SEND and SEMH schools across Hailsham
, supporting pupils who require structured environments and emotionally consistent practice to access education.
These schools support both primary and secondary pupils and place strong emphasis on teamwork, shared responsibility and clear behaviour systems. The work requires resilience and patience, but staff are supported and guided through established frameworks.
We are looking to connect with teachers and classroom support staff who are serious about working within SEND and SEMH education.

A valid child-only DBS is mandatory. If you do not currently hold one, you will be required to apply and pay for a DBS and register it on the Update Service. Support is provided throughout the process.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
