What youll be doing finishing and assembling components to achieve a flawless, high-quality surface performing inspection and testing operations on vacuum chambers setting up and running leak-checking operations using mass spectrometry equipment maintaining a clean, organised, and professional work environment collaborating closely with your cell leader and team to ensure production targets and quality standards are met what were looking for essential skills & experience experience in finishing, fitting, or assembly (ideally within uhv/hv or manufacturing industries) confident using hand and power tools background in fabrication or mechanical assembly strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing top-quality work desirable skills hands-on experience assembling small or large, complex mechanical assemblies physically fit and comfortable with practical, sometimes hands-on work eagerness to learn new skills and grow within a technical environment qualifications gcses or equivalent who you are were looking for someone who is: detail-oriented and methodical proud of their craftsmanship reliable, proactive, and organised a true team player who enjoys problem-solving and takes initiative why join us?
