Patient Care Coordinator (Admin Assistant)

Compensation is $16/hour.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally
- Schedule patient appointments and manage daily calendar
- Verify insurance information and assist with billing inquiries
- Maintain inventory and manage supply orders
- Perform light cleaning and general office upkeep
- Assist with filing and administrative tasks
- Previous experience in a medical or dental office preferred
- Billing experience in an office setting preferred
- Bilingual required (English/Spanish)
- Strong customer service skills are a must
- Proficient in office software and computer systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
