Primary Care Physician (MD/DO)

Role Overview: We are seeking a Primary Care Physician to deliver high-quality outpatient care in a value-based care environment. This role emphasizes continuity of care, manageable patient volumes, and strong clinical and administrative support.
Compensation & Incentives- Salary: $200,000 – $250,000 annually

- Provide comprehensive primary care to adult and geriatric patients
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
- Minimum 2 years of outpatient clinical experience (required)
- Active or eligible unrestricted state medical license
- Active, unrestricted DEA license
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
