ResponsibilitiesManagers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness to customers. The role includes:

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Good team players are needed, with a flexible schedule and passion for working in a fast‑paced McDonald's environment. Applicants must be 18 years or older.
