Job Description

Position Overview:

As a Sales Advisor at KTECH, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our client's cutting-edge communication products and services. You will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance their connectivity and communication experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Approach and engage potential customers to educate them about our client's communication products and services.
  • Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our client's offerings and stay updated on new products and services.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by KTECH and our client.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
  • Follow-up: Maintain regular follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any post-sale inquiries or issues.
  • Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous sales experience, preferably in the communications or technology sector.
