Warehouse Generalist - 1st Shift

1st Shift

Monday through Friday (weekends as needed)

06:00AM - 3:00PM

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift to put away and pick palletized items from high rack locations

• Set up products for outbound shipments and follow work orders using a handheld RF scanner

• Load and unload pallets or materials from trucks or storage areas

• Track and record product details, including quantity, weight, and condition using our RF system

• Inspect items for damage or discrepancies and report them to a supervisor or lead

• Secure and wrap pallets before storing or moving them through the warehouse

• Perform daily equipment checks and monitor battery levels on material handling equipment

• Keep your work area clean and organized throughout the shift

• Communicate any product or equipment issues to your supervisor right away

What We're Looking For

• Ability to read and scan product labels or enter pallet  by hand

• Basic math skills and ability to follow written or verbal instructions

• Comfortable working in cold storage (as low as
  -20°F/-25°C) with provided gear

• Able to lift up to 40 lbs (18 kg), sometimes more depending on the site

• Able to work in a busy & noisy environment
