Location:

Caledonia, 201 Argyle St N. Shift: Days, Evenings & Weekends. Hourly wage starts at $16.60; may increase based on collective agreement.

• Unload deliveries and organize products in backroom or cooler.
• Restock shelves, ensuring items placed correctly and rotating stock using first‑in, first‑out method.
• Maintain clean aisles, shelves, floors; sweep, mop, handle spills promptly to ensure customer safety.
• Assist customers finding products, answer questions, offer recommendations, and provide assistance with shopping needs.
• Assist with loading groceries into vehicles, gathering shopping carts or baskets, and storing them.
• Conduct periodic inventory counts, report discrepancies or damage to supervisors, and confirm invoice accuracy.
• Set up and maintain promotional displays and end caps, update signage and price tags as needed.
• Perform price checks for customers and co‑workers, ensuring correct price tags and labels on all products.
• Support other departments (bakery, deli/meat, produce) as needed.
• Assist with special tasks or projects assigned by management.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines, use equipment safely, and report concerns to management.

• Customer‑service driven, with good product knowledge and attention to detail.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Retail experience is an asset.
• Self‑motivated with minimal supervision; available for flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
