The role Customer Services Advisor Region – East Location
-Halesworth - the position is office based, 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday 9am – 5pmClosing Date – 11th September

An exciting opportunity has now arisen within the Halesworth Agency.

You will be a part of a small team and play a key role in the success and growth of the local agency. We are looking for local friendly individual who can provide outstanding customer service. The role is office based and you will be customer facing and the first point of contact when a customer calls or comes into the office.

You will handle enquiries, undertake insurance transactions, provide quotations and other general office tasks. You must have an excellent telephone manner, great team player and a people orientated approach to everything you do.

• 5 GCSE’s (or equivalent) including Maths & English
• Good IT skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Reliable & Trustworthy
• Be organised and able to work to deadlines required
• Have the ability to manage own work loads and prioritise accordingly
• No previous insurance experience required but would be an advantage
• Previous customer service experience

The successful candidate will be required to complete training organised by NFU Mutual and pass the relevant licensing qualifications within an agreed timeframe.

Full training in the Insurance Industry and specific products is given within the agency.
