Location: Blackheath, London
Compensation: £14.78 - £17.97 per hour (including 12.07% holiday entitlement)

• Cover our nurseries when needed, being flexible on start and end times.
• Lead our “learning through play” ethos and the N Curriculum with care and flair.
• Follow our daily routine and ensure smooth transitions from mealtimes to naptimes to playtimes.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with parents.
• Promote child welfare and ensure safeguarding procedures are always followed.

• Previous experience working with children in an educational setting (ideally as a nursery practitioner, nursery nurse, apprentice, or early years educator).
• Relevant safeguarding/child protection training (desirable) and willingness to update that training regularly.
• A genuine passion for education and changing the lives of children.
• A positive, glass‑half‑full outlook.
• Bags of drive and motivation with a “make it happen” attitude!
• A solutions‑driven approach to problems.
• A love for customer service.
