SEN / SEMH Teaching Assistant - Immediate Start, Full-Time. Halesworth, Suffolk. Full UK Driving Licence Required.

We're recruiting a dedicated SEN / SEMH Teaching Assistant for a full-time, immediate-start role at a specialist school near Halesworth, set in a rural location just off the A12. Due to the location, a full UK driving licence is essential.

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SEN and SEMH needs
• Support learning, emotional regulation, and positive behaviour
• Help maintain a calm, structured, and supportive environment
• Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils
• Work collaboratively with teaching and pastoral staff

• Experience supporting children or young people with SEN and/or SEMH
• A full UK driving licence (essential due to rural location)
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (ideal to fast-track the role)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
