MULTI SKILLED MAINTENANCE ENGINEER £39 - £42k | Double Days

With focus of OEE, your experience will support the timely resolution of engineering challenges. Also, involvement with major capital projects expansion/development.

The shift pattern is:
Monday to Friday 05:30 - 14:30, 13:15 - 22:15 (weekly rotating) 41.25 hours per week.

Salary: £39,075 - £41,680 per annum (From £18.22 - £19.43 per hour).

• Provide multiskilled maintenance cover in a fast-paced, cosmetics/FMCG environment, with focus on improving OEE.
• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults; perform proactive maintenance to minimise downtime.
• Support and contribute to major capital projects expansion/development.
• Plan and prioritise work to ensure timely completion; document activities and outcomes.
• Adhere to Health & Safety policies and maintain compliance with site procedures.
• Engage in problem solving, root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work in a rotating double-day shift pattern as required.

• Minimum of 3 years experience as an Engineer, ideally in a FMCG environment or similar (transferable skills considered).
• Recognised engineering qualification.
• Good working knowledge of Health & Safety.
• Experience with diagnosis and repair of equipment.
• Methodical, well-organised approach with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
