Title: SMB Sales D1 – Reusable Packaging Ambassador / SDR
Location: Half Moon Bay, CA (within 1-hour drive of San Francisco)
Type: Part-time (10–20 hours/week)
Duration: ~6 months

Key Responsibilities

• Restaurant Partner Recruitment & Support
  • Pitch reusable packaging pilot to restaurants and sign them onto the program.
  • Provide onboarding support: demonstrate sample inventory, train on packaging portal.
  • Assist with in-app and on-site marketing & signage.
• Community & Consumer Engagement
  • Distribute handouts and marketing material to raise awareness.
  • Engage with local consumers and community groups (e.g., farmers markets, beach cleanups).
• Program Monitoring & Logistics
  • Monitor return bins: check signage, placement, and proper usage.
  • Provide feedback/recommendations for bin modifications.
  • From January onward: drive weekly routes to collect containers from participating consumers.

Requirements

• Located within driving distance of Half Moon Bay.
• Availability: 10–20 hours per week for ~6 months.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales, customer service, and/or marketing.
• Experience with pilots, community engagement, or grassroots campaigns.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable engaging restaurant owners and local consumers.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 20+ lbs.
• Preferred: Familiarity with circular economies and sustainability initiatives.
