• Oversee daily, weekly, monthly, and annual maintenance reports.
• Manage budget for maintenance program and maintenance shop operations.
• Lead a team of 10+ technicians, service workers, and cleaners.
• Interface with client and manage financial/accounting aspects.
• Prioritize, implement, and manage work schedules, projects, and assignments.

• 3+ years recent experience managing maintenance functions of a transit bus maintenance shop.
• Experience managing/directing 10+ employees; experience with 50+ buses.
• Strong knowledge of light/medium/heavy duty vehicle repair and preventive maintenance.
• Must have CDL class B with passenger and airbrake endorsement.
• Computer skills: word processing, spreadsheets, Microsoft Outlook.
• Technical experience with fixed route transit bus maintenance; ASE or manufacturer’s certifications a plus.
• Experience with Diesel, CNG, and alternative fuels a plus.
• Ability to track and control parts inventories, vendors, and suppliers.
• Ability to manage financial/accounting aspects of fleet maintenance operation.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff.
• Display initiative, professionalism, candor, and tact at all times.

Starting salary range: $80,000 - $91,603.
