Position: Accounts Executive / Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Customer Billing Process and pursue overdue accounts
  • Perform online reports for new accounts and credit control
  • Debtor reports and analysis
  • Perform both manual and online preparation of invoice sending to customers
  • Assist with month‑end closing activities
  • Manage vendor accounts and maintain records of due payments
  • Keep vendor accounts updated to ensure timely settlement
  • Perform online tasks for vendor account creation and related tasks
  • Compile all supporting documents with the related contracts where applicable
Requirements
  • Preferably 1 year of related working experience
  • Knowledge of ERP software (training will be provided)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
