Responsibilities
- Manage the Customer Billing Process and pursue overdue accounts
- Perform online reports for new accounts and credit control
- Debtor reports and analysis
- Perform both manual and online preparation of invoice sending to customers
- Assist with month‑end closing activities
- Manage vendor accounts and maintain records of due payments
- Keep vendor accounts updated to ensure timely settlement
- Perform online tasks for vendor account creation and related tasks
- Compile all supporting documents with the related contracts where applicable
- Preferably 1 year of related working experience
- Knowledge of ERP software (training will be provided)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy

- Working days: 5 days
