Estate Legal Accounting Clerk Position

This contract position offers the chance to work in a dynamic legal environment covering maternity leave, with opportunities for extension. You will handle billing processes, client payments, and accounts receivable follow-ups. Additionally, maintaining accurate records and liaising with the firm’s bookkeeper are essential to this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare monthly and on-request client bills
• Process and review pre-bills for accuracy
• Monitor billing systems and bank account data
• Manage accounts receivable follow-ups and collections
• Provide administrative support to lawyers
Requirements:
• Experience in a law firm or professional setting
• College Diploma in Accounting or Business Administration
• Basic accounting principles knowledge
• Proficient in MS Office 365 tools
• Familiarity with Soluno or similar software
