What You’ll Do:
As a Senior Accountant, you’ll play a key role in supporting the financial operations of the organization by:
Reconciling daily cash receipts, bank deposits, and monitoring cash balances across departmentsReviewing and posting vehicle sales transactions while ensuring accuracy in pricing, financing, incentives, and HSTManaging accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including collections and receivable trackingPosting journal entries, maintaining the general ledger, and supporting accurate financial reportingAdministering floor plan financing entries, funding, payoffs, and lender reconciliationsPerforming regular bank, credit card, inventory, and OEM account reconciliationsReviewing payroll summaries, aged receivables, and service work-in-progress accountsAssisting with month-end processes, balance sheet reconciliations, management reporting, and variance analysisWho Thrives Here:
