This role requires 2-5 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience, with a focus on daily bank reconciliations and maintaining financial records. Successful candidates will need to process payments through RBC's online banking and perform data entry in Sage, while also responding to finance inquiries. This is an excellent opportunity to support accounting operations while being detail-oriented and self-motivated.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with daily bank reconciliations
• Process timely payments via RBC online banking
• Perform data entry and post transactions in Sage
• Respond to finance inquiries from shared inboxes
• Support day-to-day accounting operations
Requirements:
• 2-5 years of relevant accounting experience
• Familiarity with Sage accounting software
• Proven experience with online banking platforms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
