Position: Lead Cost Accounting Director Role
Step into a critical leadership role with Hadrian as the Director of Cost Accounting, focusing on GAAP methodologies and enhanced financial control systems in our manufacturing operations.

As a pivotal part of Hadrian's growth, you will own the cost accounting processes across multiple sites. Utilize your extensive experience and CPA or CMA credentials to streamline work order variance reporting and develop structured costing frameworks. Your collaboration with various stakeholders will be essential in complying with GAAP and enhancing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee cost accounting apparatus and functions

• Drive improvements in variance analysis for work orders

• Update and maintain cost rates semi-annually

• Guide the implementation of advanced reporting software

• Foster a robust control environment aligning with SOX standards

Requirements:

• 10+ years of progressive cost accounting expertise

• Experience in high-volume manufacturing contexts

• Strong presentation skills for complex topics

• Track record of building high-performing teams

• Deep understanding of CAS requirements
