Position: Controller at Clearco Finance
Join Clearco as a Controller to manage full-cycle accounting and ensure financial integrity. Help safeguard company assets while optimizing accounting processes for growth.

As a Controller reporting to the Senior Director of Finance, you will oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable. Your expertise will ensure accurate financial reporting while preparing reconciliations and consolidated financial statements. The role requires implementing internal controls, managing audits, and mentoring Finance team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations effectively

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closes

• Prepare reconciliations and variance analyses

• Administer distribution of financial packages

• Optimize sales tax reporting and compliance

Requirements:

• CPA designation with 7-10 years experience

• Knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS

• Experience working with Sage Intacct

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
