Position: Lunar Energy Accounts Payable Accountant

This role requires an individual capable of managing accounts payable functions, ensuring financial data accuracy and timely vendor payments. You will engage in invoice coding, credit card processing, and collaborate with various departments to streamline accounting processes. We're looking for someone ready to improve efficiency in our dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee invoice coding and payment processing

• Monitor vendor communications for discrepancy resolutions

• Ensure timely processing of weekly payments

• Facilitate new vendor setups and maintain records

• Handle employee expense reports and process through Expensify

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or 5+ years in Accounts Payable

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

• Ability to navigate a high-volume, fast-paced environment

• Proficient in Excel and knowledgeable of U.S. GAAP standards

• Prior experience with accounting software such as Net Suite
