Experienced Controller

Position: Experienced Controller at Clearco
Clearco seeks an experienced Controller to manage accounting integrity and optimize financial processes. This role supports business objectives through detailed financial oversight.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Finance, the Controller will lead all aspects of accounting, including managing intercompany transactions and preparing consolidated financial statements. You will implement effective internal controls, oversee financial close processes, and coordinate external audits. Mentoring team members will also be key to this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accuracy in financial reporting and reconciliations

• Oversee daily accounting operations and intercompany transactions

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closes

• Maintain internal controls for safeguarding assets

• Prepare comprehensive financial statements as per US GAAP

Requirements:

• CPA with 7-10 years of relevant experience

• Familiarity with Sage Intacct accounting system

• Detail-oriented and meticulous in financial practices

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Strong communication skills with stakeholders
