As an Accountant reporting to the Assistant Controller, you will oversee the complete accounting cycle, ensuring financial accuracy through comprehensive reconciliation and analysis. Your skills in data compilation will enhance financial reporting packages and intercompany transactions. Collaboration with the finance team will be key to achieving operational objectives and providing support across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Compile and analyze financial entries for accuracy

• Conduct reconciliations of bank and intercompany accounts

• Monitor compliance with Sysco’s accounting standards

• Prepare internal and external financial reports

• Investigate discrepancies and propose solutions

Requirements:

• 1-2 years in accounting roles required

• High School diploma mandatory

• Preferred Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business

• CPA designation wanted or in progress

• Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency
