This senior role requires strong expertise in accounting leadership, financial reporting, and compliance support. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee full-cycle accounting functions, ensuring accuracy

• Prepare and review financial reports per accounting standards

• Lead month-end and year-end close processes efficiently

• Provide financial analysis and insights to leadership

• Maintain audit-ready trust accounting records

Requirements:

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• CPA designation preferred; extensive leadership experience considered

• Strong technical accounting knowledge and skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
