As the Controller, you will oversee accounting operations and lead your team through an important transformation phase. Reporting to the CFO, your role involves financial reporting, internal controls, and adopting Microsoft Business Central, ensuring alignment across the finance function. You will have the opportunity to influence key processes and support long-term success in a growth-oriented organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct the monthly and annual financial closing process

• Ensure accuracy in financial records and reconciliation practices

• Prepare and present comprehensive financial statements

• Manage working capital, cash flow, receivables, and payables

• Lead day-to-day accounting functions and billing processes

Requirements:

• CPA designation and 7+ years in accounting and finance

• Demonstrated ability in financial controls and reporting

• Experience managing finance teams and operations

• Knowledge of advanced Excel and financial systems

• Familiarity with ERP implementation preferred
