This critical role within Citco's Fund Accounting Best Practice Team requires you to drive operational excellence and standardization. You will collaborate with Operations and Technology teams, leading initiatives for continuous improvement and helping shape the future of fund accounting practices. Your leadership will ensure that projects enhance scalability and efficiency in fund management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead fund accounting process and control reviews
• Analyze and resolve operational issues effectively
• Support system enhancements and process mapping activities
• Mentor junior colleagues and guide training sessions
• Partner with teams to identify automation opportunities
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
• 5+ years in Fund Accounting or related roles
• Strong understanding of operational processes
• Proven skills in analysis and problem resolution
• Familiarity with automation tools and methodologies
