Key Responsibilities:
• Generate and send customer invoices accurately
• Process payments through various channels
• Monitor overdue customer accounts and perform follow-ups
• Reconcile accounts receivable and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with month-end closing tasks and reconciliations
Requirements:
• Diploma or certificate in Accounting or Finance
• 1–3 years of accounting experience
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Experience with project-based accounting is an asset
