Administrative Specialist and Bookkeeper needed for office coordination, accounting software, and accurate financial administration from 10AM to 6PM weekdays.
This position combines reception, office organization, bookkeeping, and support for leadership. You will record sales, purchases, and payroll using Sage 50 and Quick Books. The work also covers invoices, reconciliations, payroll, reports, and tax remittance forms.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle reception, phone calls, and office inquiries
- Maintain physical and digital supplies and files
- Record transactions in Sage 50 and Quick Books
- Process invoices, payments, payroll, and reconciliations
- Prepare reports and tax remittance forms
- Experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or administration
- Proficiency with Sage 50 and Quick Books
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Canva, and Word Press
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and prioritization
- Integrity, discretion, and excellent communication skills
