• Request client information for year-end and personal tax files
• Follow up on outstanding documentation, items, and deadlines
• Review files, identify gaps, and organize client documents
• Maintain checklists and communicate issues to accounting teams
• Respond to routine questions and escalate tax-related matters

• Previous public accounting firm experience is required
• Understanding of year-end and personal tax documentation
• Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple files and competing deadlines
• Case Ware or personal tax cycle experience is an asset
