Associate Fund Accountant Client Delivery

Process fund transactions and prepare NAV packages as an Associate Fund Accountant with MUFG Investor Services in a hybrid workplace. Accuracy and client service matter.
This permanent full-time Associate position supports Nexus Client Delivery within MUFG Investor Services. You will work with accounting systems, Net Asset Value packages, financial statements, audits, operational controls, and client queries. The work supports asset servicing for the global investment management industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Process accounting transactions and assess their impact on fund NAV
Prepare NAV packages and supporting schedules for senior review
Assist audits and financial statement preparation processes
Meet client queries and deliverables according to SLA requirements
Complete SOC1 controls, checklists, billing, and collection activities
Requirements:
Post-secondary finance or accounting education preferred
Fund administration industry experience considered an asset
Interest in a professional accounting designation considered an asset
Accuracy and efficiency supporting consistent client service
Ability to complete additional tasks as required
Build fund accounting expertise through transaction processing, NAV preparation, audit support, controls, and client delivery at MUFG Investor Services.
