Private Tax Senior Associate

As a Senior Associate, you will provide personalised tax planning and compliance services within PwC’s private tax practice. Your work includes Canadian corporate tax, T1, T2, and T3 returns, due diligence, tax research, and client communication. You will help develop practical solutions for privately-owned businesses and Canadian shareholders.

• Develop Canadian tax planning strategies for private companies
• Prepare and review T1, T2, and T3 returns
• Research, document, and follow up on client tax issues
• Prepare client files, tax expenses, statements, and memoranda
• Delegate work, coach others, and verify quality

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent field
• CPA designation or progress toward obtaining it
• One to three years of Canadian corporate tax experience
• Basic tax knowledge, research skills, and willingness to learn
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
