Accounts Payable Receivable Clerk

Accounts Payable Receivable Clerks at Armco Capital process financial transactions accurately while managing priorities independently and collaboratively within the Finance team.
This position supports timely accounts payable and accounts receivable processing for Armco Capital Inc. Responsibilities include invoice coding, purchase order matching, payment coordination, reconciliations, and financial record maintenance. The role also involves communication with vendors and internal departments, plus construction contract documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple accounts payable subledgers
Process, code, and match invoices with purchase orders
Coordinate approvals, cheque requisitions, and online payments
Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
Process receivables and track account payments
Requirements:
Post-secondary education in accounting, finance, or related fields
At least two years of relevant accounting experience
Understanding of basic accounting principles
Intermediate to advanced accounting software and Microsoft Office proficiency
Strong accuracy, organization, communication, and teamwork skills
