General Accounting Reporting Clerk

Turn accounting data into accurate reports and insights as a General Accounting Clerk with Pete’s Frootique & Fine Foods.
This 10 month term combines Accounts Receivable with reporting, analysis, inventory administration, and general accounting support. You will create KPIs, prepare regular and ad hoc reports, investigate trends, and support process improvement initiatives. The position serves both retail stores and wholesale business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and maintain key performance indicators
Prepare regular and ad hoc accounting reports
Analyze trends and investigate discrepancies
Support process improvement and accounting projects
Assist with reconciliations and inventory administration
Requirements:
Two to three years of accounting experience preferred
Accounting, Finance, Business, or related diploma or degree
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Experience with Sage 50 considered an asset
