Apply advanced bookkeeping and accounting expertise with Ring Rescue, supporting financial operations and process improvements in a startup environment.
As Bookkeeper, you will work with the Controller and broader team at Ring Rescue, a medical device manufacturer. Your work will support accurate transactions, reporting, compliance, and organizational growth. The position requires experience with Quick Books Online, Microsoft Excel, G-Suite, and startup accounting.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage accounts payable, invoices, and payment activities
- Complete journal entries, reconciliations, and account maintenance
- Support month-end close, reporting, and tax filings
- Process payroll and related activities
- Improve and scale bookkeeping and accounting processes
- Post-secondary education in accounting, finance, or related field
- Minimum five years of progressive bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Startup experience and strong understanding of ASPE
- Strong Quick Books Online and advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Experience with double-entry and accrual accounting
Support Ring Rescue’s financial operations through detailed bookkeeping, reconciliations, payroll, reporting, and continuous process improvement.
